Our stay at Richmond Hotel Higashi was fantastic. The location was convenient, with Nagata subway station just a minute away. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining, showing their attention to detail and care for guests. we had a remarkable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is slightly far from the city center, but it is close to a train station which is helpful. the rooms are clean and provide all the necessities, such as free WiFi and complimentary drinks. the staff are friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable.

The size of the rooms may be a bit small for some guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to a subway station which made it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay and even though some of them struggled with English, they still made an effort to assist me. The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice change from the usually small hotel rooms in Japan. Additionally, the fact that there were free drinks available every day was a nice touch.

Was a great experience! the rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. the hotel provides free drinks during the day, which was a nice addition. In terms of location, it's just a minute's walk to the metro station, which makes it easy to get around the city.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, so it takes a bit of time to get there. the neighborhood is very quiet, so if you're looking for a more lively atmosphere, this may not be the place for you.
